Tracking.Cookie Netflame

Recently it seems I picked up some malware that keeps putting this tracking cookie whenever I browse the internet. It doesn't matter if I use firefox or IE. It doesn't matter what websites I visit. It doesn't matter how long I'm on the internet. Ewido always finds it. Any idea what it is? Hijack log posted below:

if you really want to get rid of it, re format your drive with a new copy of windows.

I appreciate the response. However, I haven't had to take such drastic measures to fix similar problems in the past. What makes this one so special?

i dont know just if my computer gets a virus etc i restore it. (happens every monyh. i dont get attached )

On this computer it's not that easy. This is my work computer. I don't have the Windows disk. I have my own copy of XP Pro. It's the one that first came out so there's security problems galore. I tried to upgrade my new home computer (XP Home) with the XP Pro disk and that was a disaster. So I'm gun-shy about using it. Any other suggestions?

I have an update. So I do the ewido scan as usual, and it finds the tracking cookie as usual. This time I check the location of the file. Ewido says it's located in the C:\Documents and Settings\(me)\cookies\(me) folder. I check my computer and no such cookies folder is listed. I do a computer search for all files and folders with the word cookies. It returns 2 results. One is C:\Documents and Settings\(me)\cookies\ted jones. The other is C:\Documents and Settings\(me)\cookies\t jones. I check my computer and no such folder is listed. I don't even know who is ted jones. I double click on the the search result and the window changed to 'no results found, would you like to try another search?'. Something is going on and I'd like to take care of it.
