Transferring bookmarks to new PC

If you use Firefox, setting something up like the Foxmarks plugin would probably be the easiest. If you have IE, just search for your Favorites folder, copy the whole thing, and paste it in on your new computer under your user data.
 
If you happen to use both IE and Firefox one simple trick is to first make sure all of the bookmarks are added to IE and then copy and paste the favorites onto the new system and later import those with Firefox there. If you are not using a direct transfer method like Vista now has you would drag those onto a rewritable disk or even burn to a cd-r with other things.
