Okay I followed the instructions online and can't get it to work. In other words I copied and pasted the .nk2 file in the Outlook "application data" folder but it does not work.
The only thing that I noticed is the file is under the "Frank" user account folder on the old machine and under "Administrtor" user account on the new machine. On the old machine is an "Administrator" user account also but there is no Outlook folder and no .nk2 file. Please help.
