Transformers theme

hey guys!
i recently downloaded a transformers autobots theme and i am unsure how to actually use it, i know that you put it in the windows>resources>themes folder but no theme for it acutlly comes up, any ideas?

windows xp? if so, open display properties, on themes click the drop-down box, click brows then browse to where the theme file is
