Transparent Screen Lock

here at work we have set the maximum password age on all the computers to be 90 days. after that users are prompted to change their passwords. however the problem we are running into is that the machines that use Transparent Screen Lock, the users are not prompted to change their passwords and are just given an error that the logon was not successfull. So every 80-90 days, to prevent expired passwords and tons of phone calls, we round up all the users for the machine and have them each reset the passwords.
any one know of a possible solution where we dont have to find the users to do this?
i tried setting the max password age to 0, restart, then back to 90, but that does not reset the timers for the password ages.
any other way to reset?
thanks

If the Transparent Screen Lock is that by e-motional.com software http://www.e-motional.com/TScreenLock.htm then I may have some good news for you. We use that software too and I have spoken to them about the exact same problem. They told me that in the next version, when a user has an expired password the program will allow them to change the password. They told me I will be sent a beta as soon as one is ready.

Send them an e-mail and they will probably send you the same beta. If they don't, send me an e-mail and I will let you know when I get mine.

i am not the account holder or the one who buys the software, i am just doing research for my dept.
can you let me know here when you get the beta? it owuld be nice to try and see how it works but im fairly certain we will not be using a beta on our machines. only once it is officially released. any idea when that will be?
