Trend Micro Internet Security

Does anyone use this program? Is it any good? Have you had any issues with it? I have a laptop with it on it and I can't do anything. I can't get to the Internet via LAN or wireless. I can't get to the trend console either. You can see it trying to start in the system tray but nothing happens.

Any comments or suggestions?
