Please do anybody know how to find(resolve) host name(PC name or full-domain-name) from IP address on the network?

I used "nbtstat -A [IP address]" last time, but I'm not contended with output(layout - I need it to further processing).

If some other way exists how to obtain this info, please share you knowledge with me ;-). I'll appreciate it.

Not exactly?!
