Run the virus scan in safe mode your computer might be freezing because it is a file that is in use! Press and hold f8 key on startup to get to safe mode!
hey thanks i got my downstairs computer fixed by using my norton anti virus 2003 ehhee im on it right now and my upstairs wont go to windows stuck at the checkdisk process T_T
