Trojan using NETCAT

Hi,
Hello Everybody
Let's move on, I have an assignment to build a Trojan using one of the operations (features) of the NetCat and try to send it to some one else on a locale network to open a back door in his PC, but the problem is: I don't have the complete source code and also I don't have any idea about the way to do some thing like this.
 
Seriously mate, are you joking here, or are you trying to get a hand on a Trojan for illegal purposes? "A trojan to open a backdoor on another computer", who gives assignments like that? The only one i can imagine that would want a trojan like this, and not beeing able to code one on your own, and asking in a forum like this is a script kiddy. The fact that you say "I don't have any idea about the way to do some thing like this", surely makes me believe, this is not part of any legal educational purpose. Sorry i just dont buy this, but i can tell you as much, coding trojans aint for newbs, its for advanced programmers that know what they are doing.
