Trouble to print black with HP 901 black cartridge

I've refilled my cartridge with a syringe, two times...
In the first, was alright...
But, when I needed refill again, something wrong happened...

See in the Attachment how is working the black impression...

How can I fix it?

Sorry. Overfilling could be a problem also. I had a neighbor and i showed him how and destroyed his printer. I did for years but quit. Just buy high capacity cartridges. Buy OEM and be done with it.

And if i was going to refill it would be oem only. wont happen though.

Overfilling is not... I tried clean it using warm water, isopropyl alcohol... Nothing yet!
