Trouble updating M/B Chipset..

I am getting the following error when trying to install the latest chipset software for my motherboard..

Any Suggestions??

PS.. I've tried the version just older than the latest as well and same error message...

BUMP I just checked and Microsoft drivers are installed for my Motherboard, but everytime I try to install the corect ones I get the above error, SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How are you trying to install them? Through a Downloaded exe. or through some update program?

Downloaded exe, but the software on the CD that came with my MB gives the same error....
