Trouble using dual monitors

I work from home and use an HP zBook and a docking station with dual monitors. Been using this for two years. Yesterday I undock the laptop to go into the office. Today I dock the laptop and all I get on one monitor is my background. No taskbar, icons etc. I undock the laptop and get the same on the laptop screen. I went into the office and it worked fine in the office. Come back home and get the same. It seems like docking it at home is changing some settings. I'm not sure what is going wrong or how to fix it.
