I have an hp media center with an ATI 4600 series that powers my Vizio 1080p (55") tv. It worked well, then the computer was sent in to get the motherboard replaced (there were other problems) and now it came back and the display doesn't fill the TV. There is an inch black border on the outer part of the display. Can't figure out why it is messed up now. I tried adjusting the resolutions and stuff like that but nothing worked. Could it be that my drivers aren't up to date? Any other ideas?

Drivers really shouldn't affect it; aside from settings being changed, the actual drivers should work the same. See if there's an option somewhere for overscan. This was more of a problem with SD-TVs, but I've seen HD-TVs do this too...
