My mom has an HP 6515b running XP for years but it recently blue screened while she was using it and now it BSODs every time it tries to boot XP. I tried putting an XP CD in so I could repair the installation, but it BSODs on loading setup too. The code is 7e. And it also says PCI.sys. I ran the BIOS memory test and it passed, but when I run memtest the computer just turns off by itself. Any Ideas?
