Have you checked all connections, things to check would be cpu 8pin power connector, 24pin atx power connector, video card power connectors.
can you give me a good guide so see the pictures of what you are talking about 8pin connector? i been working on this for two days and today i fianlly was able to turn it on everything seems fine but it wont show anything on the monitor.

8pin cpu connector would be a connector with..8pins. Its usually located on the upper left hand side of the motherboard, close to the cpu socket.

Edit, i mean 4pin cpu power connector. If your using the M4A78 from your list in your previous thread, it has a 4 pin cpu power connector in the upper left hand corner.
Would look similar to the above 4pin slot.
Should be fine, cpu power connector looks like the above, and there should be a cable labeled "cpu 4pin". It will be in the top left corner of the motherboard, above the cpu socket, but slightly to the left of it.

Video card has power connected?
yeah the fan goes on also a little red light turns on when i turn on the computer. do i need a cd-drive or hard drive for it to come on.
Try pulling out one stick of memory, see if it boots then.

It would indicate if there is an error or whatnot, does it beep when you start it? If so, how many?(Ex, 1 short 2 long, 2 short, 3 short beeps, etc)
there is no beep if there is its a 1 short one
