M mgh4007 New Member Aug 19, 2006 #4 ok, well i bought this computer from Alienware and since i have bought it i have pretty much upgraded everything excpet the mobo. http://alienware.com/product_detail...SysCode=PC-AREA51-3500-R3&SubCode=SKU-DEFAULT thats the computer i bought, im am not sure that the mobo so if you could help me with that. I have 3 sticks of ram in it that work, 2 256, and 1 512. I got it to boot up without beeping, but when i try to logon to windows it just crashes.

S SirKenin banned Aug 19, 2006 #6 That doesn't tell me much unfortunately. Try booting the computer solely with the stick of RAM you just bought. Take out the other three. See if it boots.
