Troubleshooting laptop

A while ago, something happened with my laptop, and its power button got stuck. I opened it up very carefully, and am certain nothing was damaged. I've done this before and have a little experience, although I must say that I have a lot more experience assembling desktop computers as compared to laptops. Now it looked like a screw was playing up, I fixed it, and the power button stated working again. But it looks like there's a problem here now. When I press the power button, the screen stays blank for about 10-15 seconds, and then the laptop starts beeping. There's 4 beeps. Also, there's three LED indicators on the laptop, power, disk, and battery. The power and battery indicators are blinking and all, the disk indicator isn't. Its a Dell Inspiron 15 N5010. I am certain I am connecting all the wires and connectors correctly, so I am not sure what is causing this problem. I only cleaned the motherboard a little bit to get rid of the dust, but thats about it, and again, as far as I can tell, nothing has been damaged, so I am not sure why it wouldn't start. Any ideas?

I tried removing all the memory(RAM), and this time I hear 2 beeps, but I believe if it were a motherboard error, which is what 4 beeps stands for, it wouldn't have beeped only twice this time around, right?

Try swapping the memory or even try only 1 stick in each slot. 2 beeps represent memory issue.
