Trying to buy a new mobo

I'm trying to find a mobo for an upcoming build. This will primarily be a gaming PC. I need a socket AM2, at least 6 sata ports, good over clocker, preferably on board video ( so id at least be able to use the pc till i get a vid card, but this isn't the biggest priority, i could go without for a week or two, I might have a throw away card around here somewere), at least 1 pci-e x16 port and 3 pci ports, DDR2 x4 slots, i like an esata port but again, that not a huge deal i can just get a pci card for that, and sata raid 0. I looking to spend $100-$200. Anyone have any ideas?
 
If the board doesn't have enough SATA ports on it, you can always get an SATA expansion card like This
