Trying to decide which MoBo to buy?

I need a new MoBo. Right now I have the asus P5B but it seems to have crapped out after 3 years.

I dont need anything fancy, and I was hoping to get one in the $100 range.

I have a Intel Core 2 Duo 2.4 GHz (E6600), and 2 Gigs of ram currently.

I was looking at these so far:

1. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131232
2. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128357
3. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131329
4. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128388

I really am not sure which to get but I was wondering why the 130 dollar Asus is more expensive than the 86 dollar Asus. Especially when the cheaper one supports up to 16 gigs I think? And the more expensive one supports 8.

Any other suggestions for models feel free. I am just kind of starting out on my search

By the way, I don't think it worth to spend $100 on new motherboard, with knowing intel will change socket very soon. I suggest you save up $250 for new CPU + Mobo instead.
May be buying new CPU + Mobo and selling the old P5B and E6600 on ebay?

you are bob on, forget new mobo for intel until they get their act together, i would save up then sell what you have now and get AMD processor. You know that you can upgrade your chip later with an AMD board because they aren't changing the socket type every new processor they bring out and they are more cost:power effective than intel too.

That and socket 775 is dead now, nothing better will be coming out on the 775 chipset, so pointless getting an outdated piece of hardware
