Trying to Install OS via ISO

So, I have a Win 7 ISO on my computer(the original disc is scratched to hell), and I'm trying to install it on my friends broken computer, but I'm having...problems.

My DVD drive seems to have seen better days; it won't burn DVDs anymore, only CDs. And ISO to USB won't plant the ISO on my formatted Ipod, or flash drive. I have no idea why.

Is there any other way to install his OS from an ISO?

That tool is pretty simple to use... I've used it like 20 times now for windows reinstalls. Put a clean ISO on your computer, NOT unzipped or with any elements missing, and then select it within the tool and then select the device you're mounting the ISO on. Then just let the tool burn it and it will work fine as long as your ISO is not corrupt.

I've been trying to use this tool, but when i did and i had the ISO on my flashdrive, after putting it through the tool, it says it cant find the drivers and now my PC is stuck trying to install Windows 7.

Should i create a new thread, or can you answer here?

I don't understand your issue.
