Turning off a Default Setting

On one of my computers, every time I try to open a picture, it automatically attempts to open it with Microsoft Office Picture Manager. I would like to change this so that I can open pictures without this program and in a more simple way. How can I change this setting?

Go to the picture file you want to open,Right click and select "Properties"...then click,"Opens with" and select the application you want the file to open in....in my case its the windows default called "Windows Photo Viewer"
