Wasnt sure whether to post this in video or sound..
I just tried to plug in my new laptop into the tv. One of my tv's has an s-video input, and it works fine. the other i had to use a converter to plug into the av ports. i was wondering if there was a way to use the tv's speakers instead of my laptops? hopefully not including extra hardware.. just some cables i guess. thanks

Something like this would do it. But as you already have the s-video cable just go out and buy a cable with 2xphono connectors on one end and a 3.5mm normal headphone jack on the other.
