TV & Phone won't connect

I bought a 3rd WiFi Router/Modem combo and can't get it to connect to my phone or Smart TV. It's a NetGear AC1900 This time, The Network shows up on my phone & my TV, but I keep getting a message saying "Can't connect to "NetGear76" which is what the device says is the network name

Are you putting in the security key for the network?

Yes. According to the sticker on the device

Change the type of security and see if it will connect then. Some devices have issues connecting to certain security protocol Wpa2/wpa2 personal, etc. Not sure what type of phone or tv you have.

My TV is a Vizio Smartscreen and my phone is a Moto G Power 2021
