Tv to computer

I would like to hook my computer to my tv so i can watch movies off of netflix. how do i do that? could some one tell me how and what i need to buy . i have a dell dimension 4600 with xp and a dell inspiron 531 with vista which one should i use? thanks
 
i have an old style in my hobby room and a newer one in my living room. it has the rca plugs and S-video. what is VGA? DVI? HDMI?
 
VGA and DVI are standard computer monitor ports while HDMI is a new HDTV/computer port. Check if your computer has S-video output, that's probably your best chance.
 
i have s- video on just one of my tvs and the other one has just rca jacks. i would like to use both tvs. im using the regular computer monitor hook up now. its the blue cable
