P PC eye banned May 19, 2006 #2 The only thing that would be effective for tv viewing on a pc is a tv tuner card where you could connect an rca 75 ohm cable from something like a vcr or cable box. There are a number of those available. A video capture device often can be used as well. There are both pci and usb devices for this.
