TV tuner + gamecube

hey,
my roommate has a Hp tv tuner that came with his laptop, he has the A/V cables for it, and we were trying to figure out if we could play gamecube on it, i don't see a video channel, and it won't work on ch, 3 or 4 anyideas, Thanks

Is there anything that says something about "input, line in, accesories?"

Yes it works, I play my wii through a tv tuner. If you have the proper hook up then look for an input channel, I know mine has a special button on the control thing on the screen to switch inputs, if not go into the configuration and look for something.

You probably connecting to the RCA/SVHS/Line-in, and not using the cable tuner.

it probably will end up having a 10ms lag, which can be really annoying.
