TV Tuner Problem

My computer has a TV tuner that was fitted when i bought the computer. Up untill a few weeks ago it worked fine. The PSU blew in my computer meaning that several parts of the computer had to be replaced e.g. GPU. I wonder whether the TV tuner not working is another result of the PSU going bad.

Any suggestions?

When i open Media Center to watch Live TV i am just met by a black screen. it gives me the options for volume, record, change channel etc. but no video source.

I have tested the aerial on a TV and the fault is not there.
