TV Tuner

I want to get a tuner for my machine... the problem is I have no idea what to look for. I want to be able to watch and record tv (probably have an fm tuner as well with it) at good (not hd tho) quality. I was wondering what good brands were or what features were key to have. Any help would be good.

I'm not sure the difference between a capture card, and a tv tuner, but try the ATI All in wonder PCI/USB hardware.
