two 8600 GTS 512mb vram beats two 4650 1gb vram.

4650 is a joke..

16gb bandwidth will get you no where. can only play any modern games on low setting. 4670 is a whole new story. 4670 is 10 folds faster than 4650 and 8600 GTS is 7 folds faster than 4650.

Why not one good gpu, such as a 4850 1gb or 4870, would easily outperform both of those.

There realy isnt any point in going Sli/crossfire with two lower end cards.

I mean two 4650 will come to $119.98,Might aswell get the 4850 like mentioned for the same price,But you get a better card.

Compare them here,make sure to hit the "Enable multi gpu" button on the 4650 so you can see the figures against the 4850.
