Two Builds, Which is best?

I have two computer builds, Unsure which is best :S

Build 1.

Intel Core i5 750 – 2.66 Ghz
XPG Ram 4GB DDR3-1600 MHz CL7 (2x2 gb)
Gigabyte GA-P55M-UD2 MATX – Intel P55
Western Digital 1TB Black Edition,
LG DVD-RW Drive SATA
Sapphire HD5850
CoolerMaster Elite 341 MATX
650Watt Psu (Unsure brand)



Build 2.

Intel Core i5 750 2.66Ghz Quad Core Processor 8MB LGA1156
APACER 2GB DDR3-1333MHz CL9 Lifetime Warranty (2 Of them, = 4gb all up)
ASUS P7P55 LX Intel P55 Express Chipset ATX Motherboard
Seagate 1TB Barracuda 32MB 7200.12 SATA
BenQ 22x Speed internal DVDRW SATA
Sapphire ATI Radeon HD5850 1GB GDD5 PCI-E Video card
Antec Nine Hundred Two Unbeatable Gaming Case
Gigabyte ODIN PRO 800W PSU 140mm FAN (Might drop down to a 650 Watt)


They are both roughly the same price.

Either one really. Whichever is cheaper.

Neither is much better or worse than the other.

build #2 because the PSU will be better than some unnamed generic piece of crap.

Build 2 if they are at same price.
The case and PSU for Build 2 is lots more expensive than build 1.

Oops...
I thought the first build had a Gigabyte psu.

I choose the second build also.
