Two Different Drives?

Hi,
My computer has two different drives:NTFS and FAT. The problem i am having is that FAT harddrive has only 7 Megabites. This means i can't reinstall my window xp since there's not enough of space. How can i get rid of the NTFS drive and use FAT alone?

I would be forever indebted to you if you could help me.

I imagine that these are partitions, not physical drives????
Do you plan to do a total reformat?
Partition magic should work fine if I understand you....just delete 1 of the partitions. Oh, and XP does not support FAT or FAT16
 
Windows supports it (i.e., i can read my CF card which is FAT16) however it wont install to a FAT16 drive :)
