Two problems Please help!

Hi,
I have two problems.
First my Spybot loads very long time tens minutes.
I reinstalled it several times even different versions
But problem remains the same.

What’s going on?

Second. Couple days ago all of sudden
I saw Yahoo toolbar in my IE6 which
didn’t exist before. I immediately uninstall
it but became got messages such as

Change value added to User specific
Browser toolbar and New
data hex11 0000…30
I forbid changes with help of Spybot
Tea timer .
I checked computer by AVG Free edition
And Spybot and found nothing.

What happened to my computer?
Am I hacked?

Just don't use spybot if that program cause you a problem. I think you have been infected by spyware.
