will these two rams work well together and not slow my pc down? pls help

DDR stands for double data rate. What you have is DDR2 ram, just the next version basically. Your PC2-4300 is 533mhz, and your 6400 is 800mhz ram. They may work together, I suggest trying this-
Put the 800mhz stick in, boot up your system and enter the Bios. Change the ram speed to 266mhz (remember ddr is doubled so thats 533 speed), then shutdown your computer and add the other stick of 533. Thats your best chance of having it work.
I gotta say, however, that 2X1gb sticks of ddr2-800 memory is $30 shipped to your door from newegg for a proper dual channel setup running at 800mhz.
