UB OCing driver or smth fked up everything..

Okay so I downloaded this program that alot of people have used, it OCs your USB for the mouse. Anyways, I had to disable UAC, so that's what I did. When I ran the OC thingy my internet went ALOT slower, after that my mouse stopped working and my keyboard stopped working on bootup only, so I cant run my comp in safety mode either.. What am I suppose to do
?!?!


EDIT: Fixed the mouse issue, though my internet is still slow :/ Is there any way to reset it to normal? I tried to set this OC thingy to default but it doesnt work.

uninstall your USB drivers in device manager. when you boot in windows plug your usb mouse in and windows will reinstall them automatically restoring them to the way they were.

i had the same problem when i installed windows XP x64, it really screwed up on me and no usb ports would work at all. when i uninstalled the drivers and restarted my computer , it started working (only after i plugged the mouse in).
 
Worked! :) Thanks. Though the USB port that I used for my mouse before doesnt work anymore, guess I burned it or something I dunno.. Thanks for helping though!
