Hey, i want to stick ubuntu back on my computer, but now i have wireless internet. Is it possible to use my wireless device(linksys wireless G 2.4GHZ 802.11g) with ubuntu? If so can you tell me how or post a link? Thanks a bunch!

linksys does not support any linux kernel, that's the result from my request how to run my linksys wlan.

what you could do is to go for NDISWRAPPER
this software will use windows driver and emulate for linux kernel but it's not free. all you have to look for is what kernel you are running,

ciao

I would like to do the same thing with Linux, but I have not yet decided on which distro to get. Is there any Linux distribution supported by either Linksys or D-Link?
