Ultra Micro Fly needs no CPU fan?

Hi folks! There is something I'd like your second opinion about.
I just recently made the purchase of an MSI Socket 775 Micro-ATX motherboard, and a Intel Celeron D 360 3.46 GHz OEM processor. Giddy, to say the least, I got my stuff in the mail, put in the cpu, cpu-fan/heatsink, and memory... then found out with much disappointment that the motherboard won't fit in my current case.
So I found a Micro Fly Micro-ATX case online and BOUGHT IT. The case has all the right specs -- fits all standard Micro ATX boards.
A few minutes after I bought it, I notice a review off the Tiger Direct customer review page that says the case won't fit an LGA 775 CPU fan! Arg, to say the least!
So I call up TigerDirect support... and the guy over the phone checks the Ultra website, and tells me that the case doesn't require a cpu fan on the cpu, and is so efficient at cooling the case that the cpu will not overheat.
I forgot to ask him if a heatsink is still required, but it all sounds fishy to me. Not to mention I've already put the fan on the cpu, and I've already ordered the case!

Couldn't find any specific info on the ultra website but I'd like to know what your take is on this.
Thanks!

Well, the case may be to small for a cpu cooler.
I am not sure though.

I am sure the cpu needs some sort of cooling.

Maybe a small fan, or intake near the cpu.

It certainly looks too small. A lot of those cases need special heatsinks that use the case fans to keep the CPU cool. The heatsinks don't usually have their own fan in those cases but the CPU does need a heatsink, no question.

edit: I just checked the microfly manual, it's got a standard lga775 heatsink/fan on the CPU in the pictures. Judging by that I'd say it fits :)

Aw, thank you so much! I feel so much better now! :)
