um, is this bad??

i was looking in the task manager and i saw the memory usage and i wasn't sure if it was bad that it said i only have 759mb free out of my 4gb of ram. i attached a picture of it. it also says i have 2477mb available, which doesn't make sense in my mind because wouldn't free and available mean the same thing??

Available memory includes free memory but also includes cached data that could be flushed if needed so that part is available.
