Un-overclock??

Everytime i try to play crysis or lost i get this error: (optimal settings for both games)

[Blue screen]
***hardware malfunction call your hardware vendor for support
NMI: Parity check/ memory parity error***


the system has halted***

I called dell they said i need new ram. I get 4 gigs of corsair memory and install it in my laptop. I load up crysis and load times are sooo much faster so im like GREAT! but after about 5 minutes of play i get the same error message. i wont trust dell anymore so can someone help me??

i said this on my other post and someone said have i overclocked my cpu , my friend did for me but i dont know how to set it back to normal. can anyone tell me how
 
i did that , and then i booted up the game. But still has the error after about 5 min. ( playing sherlock holmes demo )

open up ur case and reset the bios that way. look in ur mobo manual or otherwise njust take off the power, take out battery for like 3 minutees, replace battery and then plug it back in
 
^ how would taking off the battery help? ..... and is it possible my cpu or something is completley fried?

and i dont feel comftorable opening up the case i dont know alot about laptops. i dont wanna mess up something even more.
