I have received two messages which are photos when I select download message this appears:
"Cannot download message check settings for multimedia messages"

Have you restarted the phone? Do you have good signal?

I had to contact Sony Experia support yesterday and they told me to reset the phone which I did but this did not solve the problem. I phoned them again and I was advised to adjust the message settings which fixed it.
