Unable to find drivers for ASUS F5Z for Windows 7

Try Asus's website and see if their Vista drivers will work. Or, probably the best option is simply locate the drivers yourself. Using software such as PC Wizard and CPU-z, you could probably find what most of the internals are. Say it's got an Intel GM965 chipset, you just run over to Intel's site and find the drivers for that.
