Unable to init sharder system

when i try to play half life on my computer i get an error message saying "Unable to init sharder system" i really need help and ive been looking everywear for the right driver my mother board is a gigabyte ep45-ds3r
could somebody please help me out thannks :)
 
i did the direct x but i dnt get how to get the drivers off the sceond websit im about to throw this thing out, lmao hellllllllllllp
