Unable to install any program

Hello friends !

I am a sys admin at India post department.

In my office more than 35 systems connected with LAN on SQL server.
When I install any software in one of the system , the error message appear,the screenshot of which I have attached h/w.No any software can be installed on that system.other system have no such problem.

Need help and guidence from the experts

Go to Add/Remove programs, and uninstall .NET Framework 2.0. Then reinstall it from either the XP setup CD or from Microsoft's download center.
