Unable to install windows 11

Hey guys, I'm trying to install windows 11.
Let me tell you my story, i haven't used my desktop from 2 months and few days back I started it and when it started, the explorer.exe file crashed, i don't know what to do so I tried to boot with pendrive first it worked, but the next day while start up the disk clean came up and from there it will stright down to hell and was unable to install again.

Is this a custom build pc or store bought? If custom build, was everything installed correctly? Was standoffs used between motherboard and case? Any hardware issue can cause installation failures.
