i was watching movie online. after finishing suddenly my laptop(window xp) switch off. a blue screen appeared say that a unwanted error occured and it started restarting by itself. when it restarted the previous wallpaper vanished and blue background appeared. antivirus xp downloaded automatically and i had no clue how it happened. i have avg antivirus in my computer and it showed a trogan horse ( .bmp file in window/system 32) is detected and fixed. then i manually uninstalled antivirus xp. After some time my computer trashed. When I try to start windows the screen become blue and it starts to check the hardisk. When the check is finished, it reboots the laptop, but then again in the process of opening windows the blue screen come back to recheck the hardisk again, It's a neverending loop. and repetedly the blue screen is coming up saying that a unwanted error occurred and if this is the first time...... and trying to restart but nothing working. Do i have fix the problem in safe mode. please help me.. guys..
