Unbelievably slow connection. please help!

today, suddenly, my internet has come to almost a standstill. I can access the main page of my regular websites such as google, deviantart or youtube but any other link will be very slow. i did a speed test and here's the result. this happens to both firefox and IE.

Sounds like spyware buddy.
Google search for MalwareBytes
download, update and run a quick scan. post the log it creates here and see how your internet is.

did that, no malware found. i also ran spybot and AVG, found some infections and got rid of them. i've also run CCleaner. still have problems :(
 
bm. It might have to do with the computer accessing your wireless from your other thread. If they're using a ton of bandwidth from your wireless network, then it may be affecting your d/l and u/l times.
