Uncontrollable Mouse Cursor

Hey guys,

I've been having this uncontrollable mouse cursor issue, where it's literally unusable. It aggressively jumps around with a stuttering affect, whenever I play online poker. Which, is the only game I play. Otherwise, it works perfect for regular use.

I've tried at least 5 brand new mouses and tried different USB Ports, as well. Which, the issue still continues. I don't believe it's a GPU problem but of course I could be wrong. I'm actually leaning more towards it being a Motherboard issue. Which, before I purchase one, I figure to ask the pros here.

Any help, would be much appreciated.

If it works fine but that online game you are playing then it's something in the game settings or possibly hardware acceleration setting needs to be changed for the browser you are using. By chance have you scanned for malware lately with malwarebytes? Maybe you have a bad extension installed for your browser.
 
Okay that didn't go well.

All extensions are removed. Which, I cleared them all out completely a few months back.

And, there's really no settings to change on the site.
 
What web browser do you use? Have you tried using a different one to see what happens?
 
Well well well... I was using FireFox and just tried Google Chrome with it working perfectly, now! I'd like to do a longer session just to make sure but this really looks like it sealed the deal.

Why's that exactly? I'm fascinated to know.

So is it still working fine with chrome or not? There has to be some common denominator here. Firefox has been super buggy for the longest time.
 
Maybe windows needs to be reinstalled fresh? What did malwarebytes find? Did you have it quarantine anything it found? What are your system specs?
 
I'm just mind boggled here. So if you don't open a browser does it work normally? Are you using a mouse pad or just using top of desk? Some finishes don't track correctly.

Another thing I noticed, when it happens while watching a YouTube video the video stutters with the mouse cursor. Basically, mimicking the mouse cursor issue at the same exact time.
 
I've known bad video drivers to cause this to happen. Go into device manager expand display adapters and right click on whats in there and click on properties then the driver tab. What's the driver date? Would also need to know what you have so you could post a screenshot of it.
