Undelete

I am new to the forum and I am not sure if this is the correct place to ask this question. If not, please give me suggestions of where I can ask it.

My question deals with how to "undelete" deleted files. I have a teenage son who I believe has been visiting porn sites. Up until now I have just checked the history folder, etc, trying to view which sites he goes. But obviously if he deletes the info, I can't find it. Are there any programs that will allow me to view this deleted info?
 
This is a very 'Touchy' subject as you have every right to know but on the other hand, your child deserves some privacy. I feel the best course of action would be to check your Antivirus or Security Suite for 'Parental Controls' and if it has none, get one that does. You can then set what sites get accessed, Password Protect these settings and tell your child this is the way it's going to be. Seems fair to everyone this way instead of 'Snooping Around'.
