I uninstalled Windows Vista SP1 Refresh Beta but now it's always trying to reinstall it via Automatic Updates. How do I uninstall the updates the helpmed me download the Service Pack.....
Usually you can diable automatic updates by going to the automatic updates tab in the control panel.
I'm not sure with Vista where it is found but with XP it wa found in control panel > system > automatic updates tab.
