I have recently discovered a temporary file that keeps coming into my browser temp folder and that is lateron supposently opening pop-ups I have enabled my pop-upblocker and that is helping a bit. The file is "???.as-eu-falkag.net" Is this a virus or a malware or something else

More then likely it will be found to be some type of trojan. You can download a copy of Ewido's trojan scanner at http://www.ewido.net/en/download/ Ewido, AdAware SE Personal, Grisoft's latest version of AVG Free edition is out, and Spybot Search & Destroy are good ones for having a good "bug hunt" if something found it's way onto your system. Give these a try and you may want to post a HiJack This log afterwards.
