Well, reading through the thread, it seems like it might not work... hope somebody gets it working

You can't unlock the multiplier on the nonXE conroes. There's a good reason for this

Yeah, I realized that after reading through a bit... looks like either the poster or the marketing rep was full of crap.

Probably a misunderstood statement. And I should've said you can't upward unlock the multiplier on nonXEs.
